Treatments

What we offer, and what each therapy actually does.

Every program at LEV Longevity starts with diagnostics, not a product. Below is a plain explanation of each therapy we deliver, who it tends to suit, and what a visit involves. Nothing here is a promise of outcome — eligibility is decided by a physician after your workup.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells
01

Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Mesenchymal stem cells are multipotent cells that modulate inflammation and support tissue repair. We harvest or source them under COFEPRIS-regulated protocols, expand and characterise each batch in an ISO cleanroom, and confirm viability and sterility before release.

Commonly considered for

  • · Age-related decline and vitality programs
  • · Osteoarthritis and joint or tendon injury
  • · Inflammatory and autoimmune conditions

What a session looks like

Half-day infusion or image-guided injection, 1–3 visits.

Exosome Therapy
02

Exosome Therapy

Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles released by stem cells, carrying growth factors and RNA that influence how surrounding tissue behaves. Because they contain no living cells, they can be layered alongside cellular therapy or used where a cell-free option is preferred.

Commonly considered for

  • · Skin, hair and aesthetic regeneration
  • · Adjunct to MSC protocols
  • · Recovery and localised tissue repair

What a session looks like

Outpatient infusion or local delivery, 60–90 minutes.

Peptide & NAD+ Protocols
03

Peptide & NAD+ Protocols

Peptides are short amino-acid chains that signal specific pathways — metabolic, immune, sleep or repair. NAD+ supports mitochondrial energy production. Both are prescribed only after your biomarker panel, and dosed under physician supervision.

Commonly considered for

  • · Energy, sleep and metabolic optimisation
  • · Immune resilience
  • · Post-cellular maintenance between visits

What a session looks like

Series of infusions or at-home prescriptions with follow-up labs.

Hyperbaric & Red Light
04

Hyperbaric & Red Light

Hyperbaric oxygen raises dissolved oxygen in plasma, and photobiomodulation (red and near-infrared light) supports mitochondrial function. We use both as supportive therapy around cellular treatment, never as a substitute for it.

Commonly considered for

  • · Recovery after cellular therapy
  • · Wound healing and inflammation
  • · Cognitive and fatigue support

What a session looks like

45–90 minute sessions, usually scheduled daily during your stay.
