Consultation process
Six steps, in the order they actually happen.
Cellular medicine should feel like medicine: diagnostics first, a documented plan second, treatment only when it's justified. Here is the full path from your first call through follow-up.
- 01
Free consultation
A 30-minute video call, in English or Spanish, with a longevity medical advisor. You describe your goals and history; we describe what is and isn't realistic. No cost, no obligation.
- 02
Records review
You send recent labs, imaging and medication lists. A physician reviews them and flags anything that would rule out cellular therapy or needs clearing first.
- 03
Biomarker & genomic workup
Blood panels, inflammatory and metabolic markers, and optional genomic testing. Results typically return within 48 hours and form the baseline we measure against.
- 04
Personalized protocol
Your physician proposes modality, dose and sequence — MSCs, exosomes, peptides, NAD+, and supportive therapy — with the reasoning, the costs and the alternatives written out.
- 05
Treatment in Los Cabos
Usually a two-to-five-day stay. Private suites, on-site imaging, cleanroom-released biologics, and a coordinator who handles scheduling, transfers and translation.
- 06
Follow-up & measurement
Repeat labs at defined intervals, remote check-ins, and adjustments to maintenance protocols. Outcomes are recorded — including when a therapy did not move a marker.
